Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days depending on Emirates location](excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Public holidays
  • Courier delays beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Incorrect address

We may:

  • Charge a re-shipping fee, or
  • Issue a refund excluding shipping costs

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us—we’ll assist where possible.
